Our project this time approaches the residential space of 2+1 by the concept of return. reform. recycle having the prefix of re-. Return - As the mechanization and the industrialization proceed, the nature becomes alienated from people's living space and loses its ground. But we would like to make the nature come back to our life. People desire to return to the nature rather than the cultural convenience in the barren city life.
Reform - Space, which is not the one that requires another separate space fit to each time and situation, will be newly reconstructed. Recycle - Reduce wasting by recycling the resources and make use of it more effectively.

Lawn Garden We were forced to satisfy to see the veranda in the apartments and seek comfort in the parched trees rooted around the parking lot in the multiple dwelling units. For Japan's case, they actively proceed with the greenery project by making the rooftop forestation as compulsory provision according to the amendment in the regulation for the preservation of the natural environment in April, 2003. The meaning of garden is particularly unique to the Japanese. To them, the garden is not just the practical rest area; but is considered as something of an artistic piece which enables people to find the beauty of it and to actively enjoy it. It's because the garden has the meaning of not only looking good but also bearing metaphysical thinking materials in it. This lawn garden is not just scenery of green, but a natural place that opens people's senses and provides playground for the children, rest area for the family and the space for communication. By these features, it adds different kinds of housing concepts to the conventional apartment. Bathroom is also located in the lawn garden, so the taste of the outdoor hot bath that is enjoyed by a lot of Japanese can be felt.

Water screen Water screen is basically forming the outer wall of this house. This method is encouraged to save the energy that is required in the cooling and heating in the green house. It intercepts the outer visions and easy to accept the light and water which are the critical elements for cultivating the lawn. And putting the sewage disposal facilities in the ground of the house makes the sewage and waste water and water used in the water screen filtered and recycled.
