The changing of way of life in 21st century is impressed in to "house" and it requires that house must change. Of course, there is a classification of changed part and part that should not change. Even though computer controls all things, basic function (rest, eat and protecting from outside) of house since the primitive ages will not disappear.
Purpose of this residential unit plan is
- Respond to the change of the times.
- To overcome composition being existent improper and fixed unit,
- Through the unit development of the openness and closure, introduce well-matched new way of life in 21st residence unit.

K : . Myself and Mr.Pei concentrated on rationalism. This work is exceptionally rational. The fact that the main factor is in the center and side factors around it is very outstanding.
